In this course you’ll learn strategies for reducing stress and anxiety, settling an overactive/overwhelmed mind, and finding a sense of peace. Our 5 week course is the ideal place to begin if you are new to meditation and mindfulness, or looking to refine and develop your skills. This course will equip you with techniques to help manage troubling thoughts and emotions. You’ll also learn how to relax your body, calm your mind and rest deeply whenever you need to. We are limiting the size of the class course to 12 students, it is essential you please book in.
