Build your Foundations

This 90 minute workshop style class will focus on some alignment tips for a few of the essential foundation poses that we practice in almost every class – think Down Dog and Warrior II. We will be deconstructing these key poses so that each of us can discover the alignment that works best for our individual body shape. Being able to find a strong foundation in these building block poses allows us to expand from this stable base and go deeper into our asana practice.
This class is ideal for beginners wanting to get some more experience with the basics as well as those more experienced who would like to shake up their practice and try a different way to experience these familiar poses.
