Pop Up Pilates Class
Join Ed for Pilates Props/Class (55mins) Strong Core + Posture = Confidence. Condition from the inside out (Pelvic floor, thighs, abdominals, buttocks), muscle control with breath, flexibility, & body awareness. Overall body leaning and toning. An all around all level class.

The Intention Workshop
Go a little deeper, in setting intentions for the new year this is something that can help invite a different focus into your life for the year ahead.
Yoga asana, mindfulness, and essential oil blends help us to practise to Renew, focus on Graditude, have Clarity, build Strength, accept Abundance, Manifest daily, and Release what no longer serves us.
Class will be gentle, soothing and relaxed.
You’ll each recieve your own intentsion kit in this workshop so you dont need to bring a thing.

Beginners Yoga Course
Beginners Course, Learn the Basics!
Starting yoga or maybe you’ve been doing Yoga for a while, but are keen to go to the basics, it can be quite confusing and doing it in a room full of strangers can be a little intimidating. We get it!
We were in your place once too! Our beginner’s yoga course is super relaxed. We will take our time working through the common yoga poses so that you understand the benefits, technique and feeling of each one. You will have plenty of time to practice each pose in a no-pressure environment.
We also encourage you to ask lots of questions, to laugh and have fun.
We limit the size of the beginners course to 10 students so that you receive plenty of individual attention. You will also get your own copy of our Yoga Beginner’s Yoga Manual to keep. This manual has all the course notes, techniques and pictures of poses and will be an awesome reference as you continue to learn more about yoga.
In this 5 week course we will cover the following topics. It will be each Monday night 6.35-7.35 From Feb 5 -March 5.
Week 1 – Introduction to Yoga Breath and Sun Salutations
Week 2 – Standing Poses
Week 3 – Forward Bends, Back Bends
Week 4 – Hip Openers and Twists
Week 5 – Balances and Inversions for Beginners
PLUS you must attend 5 extra Yoga Beginners or flow classes (durning the 5wks) with this is to enhance your learning and practise .
The Beginners Yoga Course is a great way to develop your practice and to get the most out of your classes!
