Meditate for Health

Meditation is a relaxing way to still the mind, learn to calm, release mental blocks, and feel peace in the mind.

Mental Health Week takes place in the week of World Mental Health Day, which is marked each year on October 10. Mental Health 2016 week will run from Sunday 9th – Saturday October 15. It is a chance to reflect on mental health and take some positive steps to highlight the importance of mental wellbeing for yourself and for your friends.
