Meditation May- 5 weeks of Guided Meditation with Mikeala
Each Tuesday evening in May join Mikeala for 45 minutes of guided meditation. Each week you will be guided through a new meditation technique. You will also take home your own Mala beads and new skills to easily incorporated into your own meditation practise. No meditation experience needed, you will be guided each step of the way.
Time: 6:40-7:25pm after a Yoga Flow

Tuesday 8Th May: Antar Monau
Tuesday 15th May: Chakras
Tuesday 22nd May: Japa Mala
Tuesday 29th May: Yoga Nidra

The Purpose of Meditation is not to concentrate on the breath, without interruption forever. That by itself would be a useless goal. The purpose of meditation is not to achieve a perfectly still serene mind. Although a lovely state, it doesnt lead to liberation by itself. The purpose of meditation is to achieve uninterrupted mindfulness.
We will explore the 4 foundations of minfulness over 4 weeks in each class we will incorporate a traditional sequence to deleve into the practise of meditation, these 4 weeks will help you to achieve a life long practice of awarness.

This class we will be learing all about them and even making products from them.
You will learn ways to be toxic free in your life and home, how to make your own mouth wash, tooth paste, fabric softner, and cleaning sprays for your home.

Beginners Course, Learn the Basics!
Starting yoga or maybe you’ve been doing Yoga for a while, but are keen to go to the basics, it can be quite confusing and doing it in a room full of strangers can be a little intimidating. We get it!
We were in your place once too! Our beginner’s yoga course is super relaxed. We will take our time working through the common yoga poses so that you understand the benefits, technique and feeling of each one. You will have plenty of time to practice each pose in a no-pressure environment.
We also encourage you to ask lots of questions, to laugh and have fun.
We limit the size of the beginners course to 10-12 students so that you receive plenty of individual attention. You will also get your own copy of our Yoga Beginner’s Yoga Manual to keep. This manual has all the course notes, techniques and pictures of poses and will be an awesome reference as you continue to learn more about yoga.
In this 5 week course we will cover the following topics. It will be each Monday nights 6.35-7.35 May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4.
Week 1 – Introduction to Yoga Breath and Sun Salutations
Week 2 – Standing Poses
Week 3 – Forward Bends, Back Bends
Week 4 – Hip Openers and Twists
Week 5 – Balances and Inversions for Beginners
PLUS you must attend 5 extra vinyin or flow classes (durning the 5wks) with this is to enhance your learning and practise .
