Beginners 2 Course, Learn more of the Basics!
Starting yoga or maybe you’ve been doing Yoga for a while, but are keen to learn more, it can be quite confusing and doing it in a room full of strangers can be a little intimidating. We get it!
We were in your place once too! Our beginner’s 2 yoga course is relaxed. We will take our time working through particular set of yoga poses so that you understand the benefits, technique and feeling of each one. You will have plenty of time to practice each pose in a no-pressure environment.
We also encourage you to ask questions, and to have fun.
We limit the size of the course to 12 students so that you receive plenty attention.
In this 5 week course we will cover the following topics. It will be each Monday nights 6.35-7.35 July 30, August 6.13.20. 27.
Week 1 – Introduction Pranayama + Sun Salutations (Original + A)
Week 2 – Standing Poses
Week 3 – Forward Bends, Back Bends
Week 4 – Hips and Twists – Yin Yoga Postures
Week 5 – Balances and Inversions
PLUS you can attend 5 extra ‘vinyin or flow’ classes (during each of the 5wks) with this is to enhance your learning and practice .
This Course is a great way to develop your practice and to get the most out of your classes!

Please note one must complete our first beginner course to complete the 2nd beginners course.

I will share the top 10 essential oils for your home and family. You will get the what, why, how, to smell, touch and taste (if you wish to).
As a teacher and studying aromatherapist I will share my knowledge, experience, studies and the science behind it all.

We also encourage you to ask lots of questions, to laugh and have fun.
We limit the size of the beginners course to 10-12 students so that you receive plenty of individual attention. You will also get your own copy of our Yoga Beginner’s Yoga Manual to keep. This manual has all the course notes, techniques and pictures of poses and will be an awesome reference as you continue to learn more about yoga.

Perfume is fashion, for centuries the art of perfumery has been shrouded in mystery and most of the knowledge and skill required for perfumery is passed down rather than taught.
Aromatherapy has the power to make us feel calm, uplifted, focused or happy and perfume can do the same. Essential oils play a central role in perfumery and we will lovingly blend together your own spray perfume to make you feel enlivened, comforted or refreshed.
