ESSENCE OF MY HEART studio offers both group and private Pilates classes in two locations, Warwick and Allora in Queensland.

Pilates Beginners

Do you have muscles weakness, tightness or stiffness? Do you want strength and some flexibility? If the answer is YES, then Pilates Beginners may be the class for you. This Pilates class develops tummy strength, as well as stability of the spine, hips and legs. We increase awareness in our body and get a stronger posture to be able to function better daily.

Pilates Yoga Balance

Pilates yoga balance is great for beginners and advanced wanting a more relaxed practise. This class covers Pilates and yoga postures and movements and focuses strengthening the mind-body connection. The postures include stretching tight muscles, strengthening the core, meditation and deep breathing.


This Pilates Class is about developing a strong core and good posture to give you confidence in your body.

We work on conditioning from the inside out (pelvic floor, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks). You will gain muscle control with breath, flexibility, and body awareness. The aim is for overall body leaning and toning. This is an all around, all level class.

How Long Are Pilates Classes?

Barre classes typically run for 55 minutes.
